Contact forms

Information request forms: There are a number of contact forms on our site to permit visitors to request additional information regarding our products and services.

Email newsletter subscriptions: Visitors may sign up for our AXIOM email newsletters, AXIOM: Healthcare Edition and AXIOM: Shopper Marketing Edition. To do so we require your name, your company and your email address. At any time subscribers may opt-out from receiving our newsletters, should the content no longer be of interest.

Career openings: We post current job openings on our website. Individuals may submit resumes via email to our HR department.

Supplier diversity program: Businesses interested in becoming a diverse supplier of Cierant may submit a program inquiry via a form on our website.

reCAPTCHA: We have implemented  Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam form submissions. reCAPTCHA collects personal information from users to determine whether they are human and not a bot. This data is collected and shared with Google.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

We will share personal information outside of Cierant if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonable necessary to:

1. Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
2. Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
3. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
4. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Cierant, our clients, or the public as required or permitted by law.

If Cierant is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we’ll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Where we send your data

Visitor form reCAPTCHA submissions are sent to Google to filter for spam.

How long we retain your data

For users that submit information via a form, we store the personal information you provide in the form submission data base. Website administrators can see that information. We retain this information for measuring the performance of our marketing campaigns.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted an information request form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
