Cierant Corporation is looking for a motivated and energetic Client Services Associate who has a good blend of customer service and project management experience that will allow him/her to handle their own client assignments. Ideal candidates will be highly detail oriented, passionate about his/her work, have strong analytic and problem solving skills, a desire to work both with client’s and as part of a highly collaborative team.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The CSA’s principal responsibility is to service the needs of the client. As a company, we pride ourselves in our ability to put our client’s first and to be flexible in order to meet their needs. The CSA will work closely with their clients to gather project requirements, document project scope and workflow, obtain client sign off, and overall maintenance of the account. This position does require some travel, generally within the greater Northeast, but could expand, depending on client base. He/She will also coordinate with our internal Production, Development and Creative teams, in tangent, to ensure all projects are aligned with customer requirements, as well as done on time and within budget.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree in a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years post education experience
